Temple of the Wolf

A photomanip commission for based on one of his own photos.

The pose was fairly static, so I wanted to come up an elaborate backdrop to frame it. The temple idea came from LupusWorax being a bodybuilder, and the thought that a fit, muscular human turning into a werewolf would be a bit like a wild tangle of jungle taking over an abandoned stone building, with the structure still visible and strong underneath the coating of vines. A lot of work wnet into this - I was particularly happy with the lucky find of the little wolf statue I put up there on the top of the steps. Even the wolf head isn't just plain stock, I repainted the eyes entirely and it's actually a combination of photos of two wolves and a dog, trying to give it a look of intelligence.
