Pyromancy

A commission for of his character.

Aeden, who is quite a good artist himself, provided a great reference with lots of details about the character's background and personality, but also gave me free reign (which is exactly what I like!). He was described as being a master of fire and able to teleport, so I thought it would be fun to paint him using one of his trademark swords to sort of carve a portal through an intense conflagration with a proud, lively, confident expression. I'm pleased with the results, especially considering my computer fan went belly-up and I lost a lot of work in mid-painting.
